Princess Package - Partial Service

Our Princess Package is for the bride-to-be who needs partial planning services as well as full wedding day coordination.

• Assist with budget
• Consult on wedding theme and presentation
• Provide some vendor referrals along different price ranges and services offered
• Attend some vendor meetings and provide assistance in the negotiation of contracts
• Prepare vendor chart to show special accommodations required by each vendor and special terms in each contract
• Provide tips of the trade regarding beauty, vendor tipping, wedding etiquette, and more
• Contact vendors prior to wedding to review services rendered for wedding day
• Prepare one newsletter for bridal party to be distributed 10 days before wedding day
• Prepare wedding day timeline and checklist
• Wedding ceremony and reception site visits
• Direct rehearsal in coordination with officiant
• Provide on hand decorations such as glass candle votives, vases, white lights, etc.
• Place wedding ceremony and reception materials for bride and groom (such as programs, candles, place cards, table cards)
• Point of contact for vendors at ceremony and reception
• Basic decoration services such as setting up candy tables, linen overlays, chair covers, etc.
• Distribute vendor gratuities and final payments as needed on behalf of client
• Provide emergency kit for wedding day
• Provide full wedding day coordination including ceremony line up, ceremony cues and attending to wedding party needs
• Breakdown decorations and pack up gifts and other miscellaneous items in designated car or room
• Unlimited access to consultants from date of contract signing until end of wedding day
